Steps to use

2) Take a Plastic bottle of 1.1 inch and fill it with water.
3) Install the plant waterer to the filled bottle.
4) Flip over the bottle and place it stake first into the soil.

Tips:
If there is no water come out. Maybe there is something else inside the flow hole, such as air drops or other small things. And we suggest you clean the outlet hole of the valve first with some thin and sharp things, such as toothpick, needle, etc.
